I placed an order for a new phone yesterday and I have yet to revive an order or confirmation number, I spoke to someone on the phone today about it being approved however i still haven't heard anything, does this process normally take a while? As when I was purchasing it displayed that it would be with me the next day. I have no further emails and no way to track the phone or process

That it was being approved by the fraud team , which I understand as it is through credit, I just assumed it wouldn't take longer than a day
