I want to order a new phone for a family member for a gift, I will be paying the contract ect, however I put the relatives name down on the credit check but my name is the name of the account. Only realising that when it arrives I would be unsure wether it would be delivered in my name or my relatives.
any info would be appreciated.

So even though it wasnt my name and details put down on the credit check, it would 100% still be delivered to the account holders name? As in the sky id?

That's what I'm asking, if the credit check is under someone else in my household would it still be delivered to me the account holder

As far as I'm aware you cannot have a credit check for someone else. The credit check is for the account holder and the item (if passed the check) is delivered to the account holder.

I was wondering if this is classed as fraud/ illegal so the OP should be very careful.
