Delivery refused

Hlo

i ordered a mobile and sim contract from sky and it was out for delivery a very next day but my tracking showed that my ordered was refused and will be returned to sky what does that mean..do i still have to pay bills?

Only guessing here but perhaps DPD attempted delivery at the wrong address and the honest householder quite rightly refused to accept the parcel. 

Give Sky a call to establish what's the best course of action.

Hi @Misa2  if you haven't received the phone you won't have to pay for it. You could call sky to find out what's going to happen next. It's free on 150 from a sky sim.
