Delivery of new device

Was told would be delivered today took the day off work waited in all day sat next to my door to get a message saying sorry we missed you it will now be delivered tomorrow and proof of delivery photo was a black screen every time I have had a device from you this has happened with dpd

Lenty of people have delivery issues everyday with the various couriers out there as a customer there is nothing g you can do to stop their sloppy practices I'm afraid.

 

Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow somif you can it might be worth keeping an eye for the van during the ne hour delivery slot you should be given.
