Delivery of mcbook

I ordered a mcbook on the 30 of September i was told that i will get the delivery of that mcbook in like 1-2 weeks and its been nearly 2 weeks and i havent seen anything on my mail of on my sky app it says the same thing, coming soon but not the exact day i would like to know about that

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As we are customers here we can give you a date so keep an eye on your account is all that you can do, when it is dispatched to DPD Sky will email/text you then DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery slot.
