Hi, I received the samsung z fold 6 and watch 7. But, I have not received Spen case, do you know what I can follow up? Seems customer service team has no idea, sereval calls has been made. Thanks all.

The terms and conditions did also say that the offer is on via stocks last but hopefully you will get yours, I'm not sure there is anyway you can track it.

Also waiting on my S Pen case
Tried twitter but Sky couldn't verify my account apparently my bank details are wrong but the DD disagrees.
So had to call them, failed verificaton again, nearly wouldn't talk to me (I was calling from a Sky Mobile on account). Turns out they use TV/Broandband bank details, and those were closed years ago. So he checked the actual DD since 2020.
Then was told I'd have to chase Samsung because they are sent directly from Samsung like the watch which arrived in a sky mobile branded box then contradicts himself saying mobile providers are given stock to ship
So who really knows but somehow we've gotta chase samsung for them I think.

I have a same issue, I ordered during pre order scheme try to call the team but no answer, it's been 2 weeks I receive my mobile and watch but not the case.

I'm in the same boat here. Watch & Phone came with no problems - but there's no case, despite it being clearly advertised on the pre-order page last month.
And speaking to Sky, they don't seem to have any knowledge of a case being delivered - as it's not listed in the 'devices & accessories' they deliver to you, they only aknowledge the watch & the phone.
I've tried chasing Samsung, but they keep pushing me back to Sky as I didn't order through them directly.
Does anyone have any idea who we talk to?

I called sky and spoke to an advisor. I asked if they could see the previous previous order bundle website page due to the spen case not appearing on any order emails etc. They could see previous iterations of the Web page which was helpful as it gave them evidence of the bundle offer. They put a complaint in on my behalf. A few days later I got a call saying the cases are on back order and could take 2 to 3 weeks. Apparently Sky didnt anticipate the offer take up and were caught short on stock levels. I'm expecting a follow-up call later in the month. Still no case though.

Just spent 2hrs trying to talk to Sky about this again hung up on 3 times, lied to by all advisors (possibly not the last one though)
Sky Mobile claim Samsung will only release the S Pen cases after the 30day cooling off period, so mine should be sent by 19th/20th as I received the Fold6 on 20th July.
Apparently anyway, depends on who you talk to you'll get different answers.
Think I'm just gonna buy a case then send the bill to Sky.

Just a quick follow up, Samsung say nothing to do with them which is obvious really.
Complaint was the way to go I guess, although mine ended up as a chain of complaints.
Sky resolved w/ account credit after getting through to the right person I guess.
