I'm having a new phone delivered to my house tomorrow. I am at work, but my grandmother will be at my house to take in the parcel. If I leave my ID (passport and driving license) will they reuse to leave it if my grandmother is in the house?

Possibly. It should be the family members I.D. presuming your Grandma has the same surname as you.
