Delivery address

Hi,

I am linked to an account with an ex partner and we now have different addresses. Im trying to upgrade my device but it will only give the option of my previous address for delivery.

Preferably I would like to be swapped into a seperate account of my own with my new address, or a secondary address added to the old account of my partners im linked to if thats not possible.

Its impossible to get any answers off the online chats and i cant find a phone number to speak to a human.

Any help please?

@Dan55 Sky will only deliver to the address the account is registered too

are you the account holder

if your existing phone is on your ex partner's account they own it and are legally liable for it again it cannot be transferred to you

you would have to sign up as a new customer and use your current address when setting up the account

You can sign up as a new customer yourself using either a different email address or the same one if you can remove it from the other account first.

Doing this will mean you will be unable to upgrade this device as it can not be moved to your new account but you can order a phone via this account.

@Dan55  You would need physical access to the account to remove it or get your ex to remove the email for you

alternatively setup a new email address from a free email service such as gmail
