Hi,

does anyone know how to take old mobile & tablet devices off the My Sky app?

I've upgraded and don't have the old devices anymore but can't see how to take them off the My Sky App.

Hi @Steve+Hayes+1981 you can't, any devices returned to sky as part of a swap or return will be removed, can take quite a few months, but devices not returned can't be removed and will remain showing on your account.

If they have been returned to Sky they should eventually be removed but it can take a while before this happens. In the meantime they shouldn't prevent you from ordering more so if they do call Sky on 150 to get the order placed.
