Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can't delete them. They only drop off your account if you returned them to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device online you will need to call Sky by dialling 150 and the agent can place your order.
