Deleting an old device

I have reached my device limit but 2 of them are seriously old and were paid off over a year ago, how can I remove them from my list? I can't upgrade until they have gone.

They will remain on your account unless they were returned to Sky as part of a swap. They are not counted as an active device so you shouldn't have any issues ordering another device.

@Kswifty

You can't delete them. They only drop off your account if you returned them to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device online you will need to call Sky by dialling 150 and the agent can place your order.
