I have two old iphone 11s on my account which I no longer own, how do i delete them off of my account?

You can't. They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Thanks, but one was stolen January 2023 and reported, I don't want it on my account.

The other one was only updated last week, so that's cool.

Hi @Amber2018 as mentioned only devices returned to sky will drop off your account. If not returned to sky they can't (at present) be removed.
