Delete account off my sky account

My sky mobile account ended several months ago but it still shows on my sky app account telling me my next bill will be £0 how do I delete the account so I don't have my old mobile account still showing

Hi @Dglen  ypu can't remove devices from your account. Only devices returned to sky will come off the account. If a paid off device is still showing on your future bills then I would give sky a call to see if they can look into why it's happening. I would have though it would appear for one or two months but then should stop. Call sky on 150.

You can't delete the mobile account from the MySky app, as you have no bill has it has been paid off then you will not be billed.
