Hi recently moved from 02 to sky mobile. Inputted PAC code when activating the SIM and got the message to say that it shouldn't take long until the old number moved across. I got the email stating my number will trasnfer to Sky Mobile on 20/07/22 and they will be back in touch when it has been done.
its been 5 days now and the phone is still showing the new number and not my old number.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the answer. I called them and it turned out that it is a common problem and occurs when people activate their new SIM when it is already in the phone. They are sending me another SIM which I will need to activate before inserting into my phone.
