Iv sent mobile data from my piggy bank to all off my sims on account but it hasn't topped up

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSometimes for reasons unknown it can take up to 24 hours to appear so if it has been more than this then give Sky a call on the 150 number so they can look into this for you.
