Normally at month end my leftovers data from my 4 sims is taken & added to my Piggybank. My new monthly allowance then appears on each sim.
for some reason the excess was taken but not added to my Piggybank!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you checked that the data hasn't reached its 12 month anniversary and is therefore lost @Kassie333 any data older than 12 months now disappears.

Still waiting for a response from Sky - the data went in but then disappeared!!! Not over 12 months old - will let you know the outcome

I've called & been given a ref no but a 7/8 day response so decided to email complaints !!
