Data stopped with 50% still unused

Daughter's phone on my contract has stopped accessing data at exactly 20gb of 40gb per month contract. Have resent phone updates as stated in the help guides but still no data usage. Have checked that there isn't a limit set on the phone (Samsung A32 5G) which there isn't. Monthly spend cap hasn't been hit either. We have recently been abroad and used the £2 per day option which worked without problem. Did work in UK on return too until 20gb used. According to MySky she's used less than her sister who still has access. What's the problem likely to be? I've run out of places to look!

Nice, as above the SIM application setting isn't the same as the roaming setting itself...

Is SIM application setting of roaming set to 'home'?

@PandJ2020 It wasn't originally, but I turned off Roaming and it made no difference. I've left it off but still not working

Roaming can be turned off in the UK but your phone's status does need to be set to home:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

This issue is now sorted. I think the advice from the Help portal has finally worked, but took about 3 hours from uploading new settings to activate. Thanks @BandJ2020 for looking
