My data on phone says I’m running out of my plan . But I’ve loaded roll over data numerous times and it’s not worked only cleared from my piggy bank .

If you carry on trying you'll end up transferring more than you wanted to, although any data left over would roll back into your Piggybank.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Watcher44 there have been issues recently where it is taking longer for the data to appear on your sim. You can call sky on 150 and ask them to look at it if you can't wait for a few hours.

thank you for your replies, I rang sky 150 and they sorted it. It was my settings data saver on etc.
