Just arrived in Australia and my data roaming plus passport doesn't work. Spent an hour on phone to Sky trying to rectify but they haven't sorted it. My spend cap has been changed to accommodate the extra cost but still does not work. I have done everything that Sky requested. Any help appreciated.
