Hi @Eren1  yes northern Cyprus is covered under Turkey and the £2 roaming passport should work there. Simply ensure your mobile data is turned on, your roaming is activated in your phone settings and your account spend cap isn't to low. Once you start using your phone the charge will kick in. It's £2 for each 24 hours use of your home allowance.

Re: Data roaming passport

Hi thank you for your reply.  I have read up and loads of people are saying that the data and calling people does not work in north cyprus.  Please confirm this is the case so i know not to use my phone out there. I dont mind paying £2 a day as long as i can use my phone normally

Hi @Eren1  your phone should work in north Cyprus, as you say though some customers have had trouble so until you get there and try no one can say for certain.

Re: Data roaming passport

We live between  North Cyprus (Catalkoy) and London for the last 3 years. I can confirm the Roaming Passport Plus is extremely unreliable and despite serveral chats with tech support it remains that way.   We have FOUR Sky mobile sims on different phones and the best I can report is that I was able to receive data but could not make any outgoing calls.  I have no problem in the South so think its down to the service in the North.  I have Turkcell sims so use those when there and if I'm desperate for data just activate the Roaming Passport Plus and hope for the best.
The best thing though is that it doesn't cost anything to receive calls or texts and won't activate the roaming charge.  No other Network does that to my knowledge.  I use an app called TALK HOME that uses wifi to call back to uk at 5p per minute which i rarely use as most people have SKYPE, FACETIME or WHATS APP.  Hope that helps
