You can use your mobile as usual
as if you were at home but as you have said using mobile data will cost you a fair bit as the default charge is usually £2.16 per megabyte and not gigabyte so even going blind for a few minutes to view a few websites is going to see the costs wrack up. Making calls and sending texts is not cheap either.
