Data roaming in france

Data roaming in France, I just want to confirm I've done this right before my daughter goes to France tonight. Higher spending cap to £10 to cover the 5 days she is away with school. Activate the mobile data and turn on roaming in her iPhone? And when she uses it in France tomorrow it will atomically start? If it doesn't she has to turn her phone off and on again?

Hi @gwderbyshire  yes that's the correct setup. For the vast majority of customers roaming works fine but there is the odd problem for some. If she encounters any problems post on here and hopefully someone will be able to help.

I suppose unlikely if she's on a school trip, but any calls to local numbers would be charged at international rates.
