Data not worked properly for months

I have tried resetting and getting new info and everything else website and internet says and I still cannot use my data while out and about for anything. Has anyone found a successful fix for a similar problem. Paying all this money for a contract and it's not even working.

Have you tried a replacement sim incase the one you have has developed a fault:
