Data not rolling

Hey

i just upgraded from 4gb too 10gb and i wanted it too be added rn as i run out of mine but they havent still added my data but in the bill wrote -£11 for this month but i dont see my 10gb data

It should be added pro rata (so this month you'll get the relevant proportion of the 10GB then on the next billing period you should get the full 10GB).
