Data and phone not working. How to contact sky

Just returned after a trip away roaming. I now have no data - and no mobile. I cannot contact  Sky on 150. How do you get auppprt on a sim that doesn't work?

If you've very recently returned from abroad try this

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Hi @jajabinx  if this is an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.
