A lot of answers on here say to go to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim-sky-mobile
but this doesn't seem to be a valid answer for me. That page only gives you the option to report it lost or go through a troubleshooter. At the end of the troubleshooter it gives you a reference and tells you to contact a Sky Expert. Which I cannot do right now as my phone is broken... (and no other phones where I am right now).

Ah ha! The bit hidden under a collapsable section. Thanks. I made the mistake of clicking on the 'Fix issues' button which has the text 'If we can't fix the problem online, we'll tell you how to order a replacement SIM at the end of the troubleshooting steps.' Which it absolutely deosn't 😂
Anyway, thank you @GD1 for the direction.
