DPD haven’t delivered, says held at depot

Phone is past delivery date, DPD say box is damaged & I need to get sky to contact them, sky say they won't contact them. The phone is a present & I'm going round in circles to find out when it's being delivered

@Bou1  You need to speak to Sky again as we are all customers here so are unable to provide any updates on your delivery.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks. I was hoping someone else has had the same issue as Iv spoken to sky & dpd several times
