Discussion topic: DPD delivery

Having an issue with DPD delivery, ordered on Friday was told it would be here Saturday has been scanned and xrayed and no arrival has said same thing since Saturday 12am no luck.
DPD has said to start investigation via sky cannot find a way to do this can someone please assist?

Hi @casey2 you will need to call sky on 150 to get them to start an investigation.

If you haven't already got a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
