I ordered an iPhone 17 pro Max on September 27th and i was told there was a 4 week wait which was okay but on the 3rd week i was told there was a delay and would get an update by the 4th week
Never received the update but they'd removed my order tracking and by the 7th week i had to ring them to be told I wasn't getting my phone.
i have ordered a new iPhone 17 pro max 5 days ago and was told 1-2 weeks, they've now taken my order tracking off my app and i to again ring to see if it was cancelled which is was of course
Absolute joke they no one can notify a paying customer that they won't be getting their order
i have since switch moblie provided to a company that care about they're customers
