Hi
I entered a DAS, 16 months ago, and my account hasnt been recieving the payments, SKY cant tell me where to make payment and the DAS administrator doesnt know where to make payment either. The only information sky can tell me is that its with a debt collection agency. But cant tell me which one or how to contact them, they have all my up to date details, but i have never had any contact from debt collection agency regarding the account. Confused, yep so am i.
Anyone had similar problems or know who i can contact about this please?
