Customer service? What's that?

In June after 100 minutes and giving my details numerous times, I thought I had arranged the packaging to return a faulty phone. 3 weeks later and a further 80 minutes (very similar to the first 100 minutes) and the cost of a replacement phone £375, I might have the packaging on the way. Hopefully find out in a week. It seems the customer service at Sky is designed to frustrate.
