Currently abroad, sky mobile internet stopped working

I'm at Fuerteventura and suddenly my internet stopped working. showing no service. I have tried absolutely everything, spendcap, turning phone off,. All bills are paid, welcome txt received , txt re roaming charge received , tried all setting as per guide , checked network settings , nothing is working . Can't call sky cos no service . Virtual chat didn't help

Hi @Rina11  have you tried turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and try other networks from the list ?
