Hi just wondering how to go about getting a refund of the credit I have in sky mobile and how long it takes to receive

We can alert's Sky messaging team to your post here if you want @Sophie12r as they will contact you via here as they can issue the refund and when they do it will take 3-5 working days (so not a Saturday or Sunday) to be returned to you.

So let us know if you want Sky to contact you via here tomorrow.
