Could not receive incoming calls???

Im so disappointed why I choose sky sim I couldn't receive any calls I tought may be problem in my mobile but mobile is ok problem in network or sim Im not sure but im so upset so many important calls I couldn't receiving!!

Out going call good but couldn't receive any calls!

pls help me as soon as possible

Do you know what is happening when someone tries to call you ?

If someone trying to call me but call ended automatically all my friends saying via watsapp call!

Are you using Wifi calling, if so what happens if you disable this ?

No, im not using wifi calling

I would report this to Sky on 150 to see what they say, at the very least they might send you a replacement sim to try.

Pls fix this problem as soon as possible otherwise I will stop my direct debit and going through the court!

How can I fix something when you can clearly see that I don't work for Sky, I have given you advice on what to do and stopping the direct debit isn't what you should do as that will just mean your mobile will be restricted until you pay what is owed.
