Cooling Off Period - PAC

Hi All,

Looking for some advice. Am I correct in thinking the cooling off period is 30 days fron the date of SIM activation?

If I wanted to move provider within the cooling off period, do I just need to request a PAC, and I presume complete switch to another provider within the 30 days to avoid any early termination charges?

Thanks!
