Contract

Hi I updgraded my phone from s20 to s23. My contract is up for s20 but it seems that I am paying for both phones is this right? Can you help me please? Many thanks Rebecca

Your contract isn't up on the S20 until it has been paid off in full so when you did the upgrade if there was anything still to pay against it then it will be added to the next available bill.

 

When you send a phone back to Sky it can take 2-3 weeks to be received into stock by the company that handles the returns so payments will continue as normal until this is done.
