Contract

I've been on contract with sky mobile. Last month I couldn't ring out or send normal messages. Don't know if contract is up, or there's another issue. But having a sky mobile contract, I can't even ring their numbers to speak to anyone to help me. Really need to be able to know what is going on or happening with my phone, as my daughter is ready to give birth soon and I'm starting a new business.

Your contract doesn't stop until you cancel it or move to another provider. What's happening when you try to call Sky? Just try dialling 150 from your sky mobile.

Questions

Just been looking through all questions that we are dealing with, and the only ones answered/resolved are the ones taking on new credit, or they have resolved their problem and new account has been set-up?.
