For the forth week now we have been trying to order a new line and handset only to be met with continued failed delivery notices when no one has knocked on the door?
I'm not sure whats going on?
We have even been made to fill out the same lenghly order over the phone with a translater coming on 4 times and its not good!
What is the matter? Are we being messed around? why not just tell it how it is?

Thanks for the reply..
There hasnt been any deliverys, its a small flat with someone in throughout the day, and i know when nothings happened! As i mentioned this is the forth failed delivery, Meaning something it ceratinly a miss..
First excuse was Wrong address even though it gets mail and services?
Second excuse We accidently refused the agreement form, which i check on the third time and is not possible..
We are being bamboozled!

I have only really been calling Sky, I called Dpd once knowing exactly what they would say, becasue once again i knew no delivery attampt was made..
