Okay this is now my 4th post and I've had it with SkyMobile. My mum and dad has significant medical issues and I'm their carer. It is now a daily occurance where their phones are stating that their number doesnt exist when someone calls. We have missed 7 critical important calls from the hospital and doctors. Had to change their numbers to my work phone even though Im already overloaded. Their is no point speaking to Sky as all they say is swith off and on or put in airplane mode. We still have to pay full amount and this issue has now gone on since November last year!!!! I dont like change and for other Sky products I dont have complaints but thank goodness I dont have to try and contact customer service as I will leave Sky all together if that is the case. Virtually impossible to speak to someone and when you do absolutely no escalation process and forget to try and send an email. Now Im going to BBC Watchdog and maybe they can get somewhere where I cant. Really dissapointing Sky!!!!
