sky mobile swap in uk, phone i returned was in perfect condition. sky message saying the phone had a cracked screen, it was perfect when leaving me in there packaging. contacted sky got through to india asking for photographic evidence of the so called damage told phone was going for reassessment and someon would call me. No call back just an email saying the credit agreement had been cancelled.
Problem being we in uk cant speak to anyone in uk difficult to tell what they are saying and they just read off a script as they dont do english very well..
I will be cancelling all my sky accounts when the y are due and will NEVER use again
