Contact numbers on iPhone

I have an iPhone 14 with Sky mobile. Recently I have an issue where the phone numbers in my contacts aren't showing correctly. They have spaces and dashes in the numbers

like 01-234 56 7890. So when someone calls me from my contacts, it doesn't come up with the name, just a number. 

I've tried taking out the SIM card, which works for a minute, then goes back,  I've tried to turn off my contacts on my iCloud, again, works then goes back. Another thing I've found when looking into it, was to turn off dial assist. Which isn't available in my settings. 
can anyone suggest any other way of fixing this issue.

As fhid appears to be an issue with the phone have you used Google to see if someone else out there has had this issue. You could always contact Apple to see if they can help via their website.
