Completely in the dark about the macbook i ordered twice.

i set up a paying monthly scheme for a macbook that i urgently need for work and after i ordered it they said it would come the next day , i never recieved a tracking or order number and got refunded the money upfront. I never got any email from sky and still havent heard anything 3 weeks later.

As they have refunded you the upfront payment then this might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. If this is what has happened then you might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

That would make sense but then keeping me in the dark is ridiculous as my delivery update on the MySky app has been on coming soon for 2 weeks now and I don't know if it's been accepted or denied and cannot get through to sky.

They would usually send you a "your order has been cancelled" email so you have you checked your junk/trash/bin folder for this ?

I would give Sky a call to speak to them so they can look into this to see if this is what has happened.
