Cleared mobile account still asking for a swap out

Hi I've cleared my mobile account and when I got to upgrade it's telling me I need to swap out with an outstanding balance of zero? How long does this take to sort out before I can upgrade with no swap out thanks

Hi @Martyn231  if you have paid off your device you can no longer upgrade. You simply order a new phone.

It's saying I have too many devices on my account as I have the mobiles for my family. I have four at the moment with the fifth being paid off

If it's not letting you upgrade an existing device that has not yet been paid off then you need to call sky on 150 for help. Once a device is cleared it can take 150 days for it to clear your account and allow additional devices to be added @Martyn231
