Claiming free samsung galaxy watch

Pre ordered the new samsung 24 ultra went to claim the free watch via samsungs website, can't claim as I don't have an invoice number. Sky never sent an invoice. I've checked every email I have and can't find anything.

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
