Claiming cash back

When I ordered phone it said I could claim £75 cash back. How do I do this?

A few questions:

 

Did you order the phone from the Sky website or via a comparison website and if via the Sky website what phone did you order ?

I'm struggling too, called yesterday and they said I would recieve a link within 24 hours. Nothing yet.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Thank you. I tried both of these suggestions but the form will not allow me to progress. The 'next' button is greyed out. Very frustrating

You could try taking a photo/screenshot of an email about your order to see if they will accept this.

Hi, I'm now at the point where I've received a confirmation of my application and will receive the cashback within 30 days. I sent my initial contact on 12th June and got the confirmation on 19th.

 

It wasn't without issues as I had to resend IMEI number info again, the best way to do this was a screenshot of the "about this phone" within settings and also a screenshot of the email I received from SKY, I had to forward the email to myself and delete the top part of the email from SKY including the SKY logo, so they could see all the necessary information.

 

I called a number from the confirmation email (forum won't let me add it) on two different occasions, both of which I got through to a helpful person
