hi yes i have just had the same issue - thought it was just me! I just got off the phone and they said it should be the consumer credit agreement number, mine starts with PP........
they helped me find that in my sky, my bill, then click on the new device, the PP number is in there.
now i need to try claim also so i'll come back if that didn't work and hopefully you have the answer by now to help me 🤣

When I start to fill in the form I get stuck as they need an invoice or receipt number amd Sky has not provided me with an invoice.
Use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Well that was murder! Frankly if it comes with the purchase it should just come automatically. Anyhoo I got there in the end so we'll wait and see.....I'll guess the original poster got there too.....

Realistically all such giveaways use a retrospective claim process, partly to prevent recipients returning the purchased item during the cooling off period while retaining the 'free gift'.
Cynically, it also permits the provider to over-offer because they know a percentage of claims will never be made.

The offer is not made by Sky - as per the terms when ordering it clearly states the promoter is Samsung and a claim must be made directly.

Thank you, I know this already, I've just gone through it all. As a customer (same as you) I don't mind who the offer is coming from, my relationship is with SKY. Also as a customer who is too busy to examine terms before being dazzled by a shiny new phone, the offer APPEARS 100% to be coming from SKY.
As far as I'm concerned it should be easier to receive the gift that SKY is promoting in return for a purchase - I did my part when I purchased.
Anyway, no big deal, I'm over it so you can relax there.
My views are also my own 🙄
