Hi there, my apple watch has been locked, so i contacted apple customer support, so they asked to contact carrier and ask for bill receipt, for apple watch 8

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Sky don't provide receipts as such. Try your credit agreement for your watch which can be found in your message centre
