Hi @Travisj  what does your bill say the charges are for ? Bear in mind you aren't talking to Sky CS here, only fellow customers. If you want to talk to Sky then call them on 150.

If you expand where you see these charges does it say what they are for ?

 

Have you made any calls to premium rate numbers for example or perhaps sent texts to short code numbers for competition entries ?
