Charges for txts messages

It shows on my bill that I have been charged 10.60 for txts charges but when I click to veiw the charges and what messages I was charged for they all say 0.00 so why have I been charged £10.60 for txt messages on my recent bill for the sim under SUZIE ?

Hi @Allanc656  this isn't sky CS here so no one can check for you. Have picture messages been sent ? Very long text messages can be converted to mms which are chargeable so could this be the cause ? If you can't figure it out then call sky on 150.

I got big charges from Sky when I went on holiday for data romming 

im seriously considering leaving 😡

i have five mobile accounts with sky and there service and charges are hirrendouse

They are probably not 'random'.   i.e. they have been correctly incurred.

I would recommend turning MMS off to avoid such charges.

Always check the costs for a given destination.  Also set a spend cap per SIM.

I have a £5 charge limit on my sim so why can I have £10.60 for txt messages 🤷🏻‍♀️and why don't the show on my bill as all the txts that are on there state 0.00 🤷🏻‍♀️ so where there txts I've been charged for 🤷🏻‍♀️

Check the bill of all SIMs.  If you can't work it out then you have no option but to contact Sky as we can't resolve it here...
