Charged for unlimited that I’ve not used

I have been charged for a data plan that I have not used and also downgraded but you've charged me £40 more than my last bill for something I've not used. Sort a refund please.

@Chris440  You're not talking to Sky Customer services via the community, nothing can or will be sorted on the back of a community post from an unlinked account.

Not using a data plan does not negate charges, is it still active on your account?  Did you cancel it within the cool off period or outside the 12 month minimum term?

£40 is the cost of the Unlimited Data Plan

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you activated the sim then you will be charged for it no matter if you used it or not.

More details required, what is this £40 for as there will be a reason why you have been charged this so do you also have a Sky Mobile that you are paying for ?
