Charged for damage to phone during swap

Hi,

I just completed a phone swap with sky. I've had my device almost three years and had no damage. I left the screen protector on the phone when sending it back but placed it in the new box my new phone arrived in to try and protect it further during transit.
Any ideas on how I can dispute this? I am so careful with my phone, I know there was no damage when I sent it and now being charged almost £50.

Ask Sky to send you pictures of the damage so you can dispute it is pretty much all you can do as I don't suppose you took any photos when sending it off ?
